CONTEST IS OVER – Win passes to THE HUNGER GAMES Dallas mall tour – meet Josh Hutcherson, Isabelle Fuhrman & Jacqueline Emerson

TIME IS UP – all entries received after 6pm Central time on Tuesday will not count. Thanks to everyone who entered. Winners will be notified through email.

Let us reiterate – this contest is over. Please do not e-mail us asking if we can make your dreams come true, this ended in March of 2012.

CONGRATULATIONS to Megan Gallagher and Ashley Whaley, who out of hundreds of entries (and believe me, we read them ALL) sent in the most impressive and passionate pleas. The odds were in their favor indeed. Stay tuned as we’ll have more HUNGER GAMES promotions coming up. Thanks to everyone who entered, we wish we could have sent you all to the appearances, but alas, we were only allotted 4 wristbands – still more than most.

To celebrate the impending Dallas release of THE HUNGER GAMES, has teamed up with Lionsgate Entertainment to promote a special appearance by the film’s stars Josh Hutcherson (Peeta), Isabelle Fuhrman (Clove), and Jacqueline Emerson (Foxface) at the Galleria Mall! This is going to be a can’t-miss event for Dallas-area fans, and we’re going to make sure a few lucky ones get in for sure. As you know, THE HUNGER GAMES is going to be hottest movie of the year, so this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Here’s what we’re giving away:

Two pairs of wristbands for a meet and greet/signing with Josh Hutcherson, Isabelle Furhman and Jacqueline Emerson – we will award TWO lucky winners each two wristbands (so you each can bring a friend) to meet the stars at the mall tour.  These wristbands are already impossible to get, all the allotted ones have been distributed, so is literally your last bastion of hope toward getting in on this.

Winners must bring and show a photo ID to collect passes – School ID is okay.

HERE’S HOW TO ENTER – Send us an e-mail HERE (only one e-mail, if more than one is received ALL will be deleted) telling us why you are the biggest fan of THE HUNGER GAMES in DFW, and why you can’t miss this event. Keep it clean and fun, no attempted bribing or threatening to harm yourself if you don’t get in… but we want these meet and greet opportunities to go to hardcore fans. DO NOT copy an entry for another website and send it to us, come up with something original. IF YOU’VE ALREADY WON wristbands from another website, do not enter this contest. If the e-mail link above doesn’t work, the address is – you must live in the United States and be able to show ID of some form, either driver’s license or school ID. makes no guarantees beyond providing winners with wristbands given to us by Lionsgate Entertainment – whatever happens at the event is the responsibility and under complete control of Lionsgate, not us. Winners cannot transfer their winnings to others. All winners will be notified by e-mail Wednesday around lunchtime, March 7, 2011. Winners will be responsible for claiming their passes at a designated location, and will be contacted about specific pickup instructions – since a wristband guarantees you to get in for the meet and greet, arrival time at the event is up to you. DO NOT E-MAIL US ASKING IF YOU’VE WON, we will e-mail you if you win, sending us follow-up e-mails will disqualify you from the contest. Make sure the e-mail address you use is valid and one you can check often. That’s it, so get those entries in no later than Tuesday, March 6, 2011 – by 6pm Central time. All entries received afterward will not be counted. Again, so there’s no miscommunication on this, only send ONE e-mail, multiple e-mails will disqualify you. DO NOT e-mail us after sending your entry to ask if you’ve won. DO NOT e-mail us from different addresses – this will result in you being disqualified. One entry per person AND per household. Winners will be notified by e-mail around lunchtime on March 7, 2011. Good luck!

Every year in the ruins of what was once North America, the evil Capitol of the nation of Panem forces each of its twelve districts to send a teenage boy and girl to compete in the Hunger Games.  A twisted punishment for a past uprising and an ongoing government intimidation tactic, The Hunger Games are a nationally televised event in which “Tributes” must fight with one another until one survivor remains.

Pitted against highly-trained Tributes who have prepared for these Games their entire lives, Katniss is forced to rely upon her sharp instincts as well as the mentorship of drunken former victor Haymitch Abernathy.  If she’s ever to return home to District 12, Katniss must make impossible choices in the arena that weigh survival against humanity and life against love.

THE HUNGER GAMES is directed by Gary Ross, and produced by Nina Jacobson’s Color Force in tandem with producer Jon Kilik. Suzanne Collins’ best-selling novel, the first in a trilogy published by Scholastic that has over 23.5 million copies in print in the United States alone, has developed a massive global following.

Lionsgate will release THE HUNGER GAMES on March 23, 2012.
