Celebrate 50 years of 007 with the complete 1-22 film James Bond box set on Blu-ray – under $200

Yes, on top of all my other geek vices, I’m a James Bond nut as well.  Thankfully I haven’t yet picked up any of the currently available Blu-ray editions of the classic 007 films, and today I’m glad I didn’t.  Later this year we’ll see Daniel Craig return to the role of James Bond in the highly-anticipated SKYFALL.  But this week 007 directors John Glen (who made For Your Eyes Only, Octopussy, A View to a Kill, The Living Daylights and Licence To Kill), Martin Campbell (who helmed Goldeneye and Casino Royale) and Michael Apted (The World Is Not Enough) along with special guests Caterina Murino (Casino Royale) and Olga Kurylenko (Quantum of Solace) appeared during a special panel at the Consumer Electronics Show to build hype and celebrate 50 years of James Bond greatness. For a 007 fan, that in and of itself is pretty exciting. Now couple that with news of a new box set which contains all 22 films on Blu-ray.

Amazon has it available for pre-order at $199.99 – a pretty good deal for 22 movies, and there’s a chance that price may get lower before the release date hits. If you pre-order from Amazon, and the price gets lower that it is at the time you order, they will charge you the lowest price before they ship it… so that’s cool. Even at $199.99 that’s 33% off.

Collectible box set featuring all 22 James Bond films on Blu-ray disc in one complete offering for the first time. The new collection includes all 22 James Bond feature films from Dr. No to Quantum of Solace and more than 130 hours of bonus features including never-before-seen content from the Bond archives, and more. There’s also “One disc of brand new bonus content approximately one hour in length.”

9 titles available on Blu-ray for the first time ever: Goldeneye, Octopussy, The Spy Who Loved Me, You Only Live Twice, The Living Daylights, Tomorrow Never Dies, Diamonds are Forever, A View to a Kill and On Her Majesty’s Secret Service.

Check out the trailer below, and get this pre-ordered while that price is at an all time low!
