The voters have spoken – will our local action heroine emerge victorious?

G4 will unveil the winner of their “Women Of The Web” competition on Wednesday, December 30. One of the contestants, Katrina (a.k.a the Action Flick Chick), is a North Texas broad with a penchant for bullets, explosions, and general mayhem. She was a top vote-getter in the late stages of the competition, but will it be enough for her to be crowned G4’s “Woman Of The Web”?

You can find out live along with your actionista brethren at Buffalo Wild Wings, as G4 reveals the final results in a one-hour special:

Because you demanded it, Kevin Pereira is back for another spin at finding the hottest, sexiest, smartest, and most plugged in women on the internet with Women of the Web 2.

This time, Kevin leaves the confines of the studio to search near and far for the top three girls in varying categories. From the top 3 athletes to the top 3 women of Montreal to Women of Dial-Up and a tribute to the first ladies of the internet, no corner of the internet is left unviewed. Plus, one lucky G4 viewer could be on her way to internet stardom, via her appearance on the show!

Katrina covered the Dallas Comic Con in August of 2009, which made it on Attack of the Show.  It was a big deal for her, and a big deal for the convention.  This is our way of showing support for Katrina, and hopefully being there to toast her well-deserved win.  Bigfanboy.com and Red Carpet Crash will have lots of cool promotional items for all fans attending, including one-sheet movie posters, DVDs, t-shirts, caps, movie passes, and more.  Everyone that shows up will walk away with some cool goodies.

Here is Katrina’s submission to Women of the Web.
