Fun Video: Harrison Ford plays UNCHARTED 3 in Japanese commercial – plus behind-the-scenes videos

There’s just something undeniably cool about Harrison Ford. Seems like he’s a good sport doing fun and funny skits whenever asked, watch http://bigfanboy.com/wp/?p=8531 for an example. He’s no stranger to Japanese TV commercials… Santori beer comes to mind. But one of the most-anticipated video games to hit this year in UNCHARTED 3, and now to build hype you can watch Harrison play the game, and really get into it. Check out the commercial from Japan below, along with some fun behind-the-scenes videos as well. While part of me seems certain Harrison never actually “played” the game at all, I want to believe at least some of what I’m seeing below is real. Tell us your thoughts in the comments.

Here’s the 30-second Japanese commercial spot for UNCHARTED 3. FYI – at the end he’s saying “sugei” which is Japanese for “cool” or “wow.”

.

Here’s a 7-minute video showing Ford playing the game for fun, and marveling over how cool it is. There’s something very neat about this, especially seeing Ford’s genuine reactions to the graphics and gameplay.

.

And here’s a short “Making-of” video that shows a little more of the behind-the-scenes aspect of the commercial.
