Rare interview: BACK TO THE FUTURE’s Christopher Lloyd – win a signed BTTF DVD set!

.CONTEST OVER – Winners announced below!

.

This past weekend, FAN DAYS at the Plano Centre in Texas was host to a wide array of sci-fi celebrities, including STAR TREK actors William Shatner, Jonathan Frakes, Brent Spiner, and Michael Dorn, along with lovely actresses like Tia Carrere and Tracey Scoggins, and HARRY POTTER actor Tom Felton (who plays the villainous “Draco” in all of the films).  One of the special “guests of honor” was the wonderful Christopher Lloyd, who made a rare appearance just in time to promote the BACK TO THE FUTURE trilogy hitting Blu-ray for the first time, and an all-new DVD set.  Chris spent the entire day on Saturday signing autographs and taking pictures with fans, making sure everyone who waited got a special one-on-one moment with him.  The gracious actor was easily the hit of the show, and was nice enough to sit down with us for a few moments to talk about his experience and what lies ahead.  It’s a rare interview with the fan-favorite star, and the timing couldn’t be better.  Check out the video below, and keep reading for info about our contest.

This could be yours!

To celebrate the new and improved release of the BACK TO THE FUTURE trilogy on DVD, we’ve teamed up with Universal Pictures for a special contest, in which you can win a DVD set authentically autographed by Christopher Lloyd!  This is a fantastic opportunity to obtain a piece of cinema history, and a collectible you’ll treasure forever.  To enter, just answer the following question – In the original BACK TO THE FUTURE, when Marty tell’s Doc Brown that Ronald Reagan is the President of the United States in 1985, what was Doc’s guess as to who the First Lady would be? Write down the answer and mail it to the address below… yes, write and actually mail your entry… we’re doing this 1985 style:

Meaghan O’Neill of Shewsbury, PA

They will each be receiving a signed DVD set, autographed by Christopher Lloyd!  Please note, in order to get these signed before the release date, we were just sent the DVD packaging, so we’re still waiting on the actual discs to come from Universal, which means it may be a few weeks before you receive your prize.
