Been sitting around wishing a new Jet Li movie would hit that didn’t involve you having to endure Sylvester Stallone and a bunch of other old action heroes? Well wait no more, the man is back, and from the looks of the trailer below he’s in fine form. The good folks at WellGoUSA are releasing BADGES OF FURY this week on Blu-ray and DVD. Directed by Wong Tsz Ming and roduced by Chui Po Chu, it stars Jet Li, Wen Zhang, Michelle Chen, Liu Yan, and Liu Shishi. If the the preview is any indicator of what to expect, I want to watch this yesterday. Check it out for yourself and tell us your thoughts in the comments. When a series of eerie murders erupt across Hong Kong, two troublemaking cops are assigned to the case. Young maverick WANG (Zhang Wen) is a reckless risk-taker, and grizzled vet HUANG (Jet Li) is fed up with cleaning up his rookie’s messes. After discovering all the victims were former boyfriends of aspiring starlet LIU, the detectives (one now posing as her lover) are caught in a deadly game to lure the killer out.
