BURNING LOVE Season One hits DVD today – video interview with Ken Marino & June Diane Raphael (Season Two premieres Nov 13 on E!)

If you haven’t seen the web series BURNING LOVE (Season Two premieres Wednesday on E!), you’re missing out on one of the best parodies even conceived to poke fun at shows like THE BACHELOR and similar “reality” fare. This week the complete first season of BURNING LOVE hits DVD, and to commemorate that fact we’d like to present an archived interview (in case you missed it the first time) with lead actor Ken Marino (who plays Mark Orlando) and actress June Diane Raphael (who played Julie Gristlewhite). I spoke to them at last year’s San Diego Comic-Con, and we had a fun time doing what ended up being their final interview session of the day. I’ve talked to Ken before back in the AFI Dallas Film Festival days for a little movie called DIGGERS, which you’ll hear us referencing at the start of the video below.

BURNING LOVE also features Ken Jeong, Kristen Bell, Michael Ian Black and Adam Scott. If you haven’t seen it before, or if you’re a hardcore fan and need this one in your collection, check it out now on DVD. I suppose this interview being shown again is also timely since June Diane Raphael has a new movie out called ASS BACKWARDS, which looks pretty darn funny as well.

Follow firefighter Mark Orlando’s journey through champagne toasts, candles, heartbreak, bubble baths, chocolate, choreography, hair extensions, roller skating, betrayal, and spray-tans as he looks for the perfect someone to give his hose.
