NON-STOP trailer & poster – Liam Neeson is an air marshal looking for a murderer mid-flight

Well this is one movie you can pretty much guarantee you’ll never see on an airplane. Liam Neeson has become quite the action hero lately, doing two TAKEN movies (with a third on the way), UNKNOWN and THE GREY, he’s proven himself successful and acceptable in the genre with audiences worldwide. His latest foray into the realm of butt-kicking bad-ass is NON-STOP, in which Neeson plays an air marshal on a flight who begins receiving message from a killer on the plane, and then ends up becoming the murder suspect while trying to save the plane from destruction. It’s an interesting twist, and I do love action films like this – AIR FORCE ONE comes to mind, so does PASSENGER 57. The cast also includes Julianne Moore, Anson Mount (Hell On Wheels), Michelle Dockery (Downton Abbey), Bar Paly, Corey Stoll, Lupita Nyong’o, Scoot McNairy, and Linus Roache. It’s directed by Jaume Collet-Serra, who also did UNKNOWN with Neeson and the criminally under-seen psychological horror film ORPHAN. Take a look at the poster above and trailer below and tell us your thoughts in the comments.

Global action star Liam Neeson stars in NON-STOP, a suspense thriller played out at 40,000 feet in the air. During a transatlantic flight from New York City to London, U.S. Air Marshal Bill Marks (Neeson) receives a series of cryptic text messages demanding that he instruct the government to transfer $150 million into an off-shore account. Until he secures the money, a passenger on his flight will be killed every 20 minutes. NON-STOP, which reunites Neeson with UNKNOWN director Jaume Collet-Serra and producer Joel Silver, co-stars Golden Globe Award winner Julianne Moore and will be released by Universal Pictures on February 28, 2014.

NON-STOP opens February 28, 2014
