This summer Hugh Jackman returns to the role that made him famous in THE WOLVERINE (based on the original Wolverine mini-series from Marvel Comics by Chris Claremont and Frank Miller). Set in Japan, Logan (Jackman) finds himself visiting an old friend, and falling in love… and of course having to fight a whole bunch of dudes. The new bullet train fight clip (below) gives us a somewhat spoiler-ish look at some of the excitement in store for fans… well, it’s not that spoiler-ish, unless you don’t want to see the start of that awesome-looking fight scene. James Mangold (WALK THE LINE, 3:10 TO YUMA) directs the action. Take a look for yourself (only if you want) and tell us your thoughts in the comments. THE WOLVERINE stars Hugh Jackman, Will Yun Lee, Svetlana Khodchenkova, Hiroyuki Sanada, Hal Yamanouchi, Tao Okamoto, Rila Fukushima and Brian Tee.

Based on the celebrated comic book arc, this epic action-adventure takes Wolverine (Hugh Jackman), the most iconic character of the X-Men universe, to modern-day Japan. Out of his depth in an unknown world, he will face a host of unexpected and deadly opponents in a life-or-death battle that will leave him forever changed. Vulnerable for the first time and pushed to his physical and emotional limits, he confronts not only lethal samurai steel but also his inner struggle against his own immortality. Story by Christopher McQuarrie.

THE WOLVERINE opens July 26, 2013
