Jeff Wadlow’s KICK-ASS 2 is stil several months away, but we’re already seeing a lot of things from it, including posters and multiple trailers. Now you can add a rather spoiler-ish 2-minute clip which teases the giant hero versus villain battle which takes place at the end of the film. Watch this one at your own risk, folks. It even shows the death of at least one central character, though the fates of many others are still a mystery. Also, for those who have read the comics, it would seem to confirm the story matching the source material in regards to Dave’s father. If you want a taste of what to expect, watch it and tell us your thoughts in the comments.

After Kick-Ass’ (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) insane bravery inspires a new wave of self-made masked crusaders, led by the badass Colonel Stars and Stripes (Jim Carrey), our hero joins them on patrol. When these amateur superheroes are hunted down by Red Mist (Christopher Mintz-Plasse)—reborn as The Mother F%&*^r—only the blade-wielding Hit Girl (Chloë Grace Moretz) can prevent their annihilation.

KICK-ASS 2 opens August 16, 2013
