We are just one month and one day away from the release of the highly anticipated sequel to 2009’s STAR TREK which saw J.J. Abrams bring the Star Trek franchise into the modern day and shoot it up with a bit of relevance and excitement that had somewhat faded over the years. While we are still unsure of who the villain is that Benedict Cumberbatch is playing in the film, I think at this point we are all excited to just see the damn thing.
In addition to the trailer below, we also have four new character posters from the film that show off the films cast. Instead of them being recycled photoshop effects with the character just standing there looking cool, the marketing team has decided to create a poster for each character that actually looks like it could be a stand alone poster for the film. I love it!
