It’s no secret that many consider the Golden Globes a sort of cheat sheet toward what to expect from the Oscars, and this year there’s not many surprises, though a few accolades given out it seems like the Academy Awards may have overlooked. Below is the complete winners list from the 70th Annual Golden Globes – you can see all the nominees here. I was extremely happy to see Ben Affleck get Best Director for ARGO, as he was snubbed for a nomination in the Oscar category – I also predicted this win. I was also a bit surprised to see BRAVE win Best Animated Film, as I personally feel like that’s one of Pixar’s weakest and most poorly-written attempts.
