SDCC 2012: INDIANA JONES The Complete Adventures new Blu-ray trailer – set to have SEVEN hours of bonus features

We’ve already told you about the INDIANA JONES: The Complete Adventures Blu-ray set, coming September 18, 2012. Today we get a new preview trailer (which hundreds of thousands of people will be seeing at this week’s San Diego Comic-Con) that shows some of what you can expect in the package… most notably 7, yes SEVEN hours of bonus features. Take a look at the video below to get an idea. They illustrate the restoration process (I’ve seen the new restored version of RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK, and it’s incredible), show some on set hijinks (even with Sean Connery!), tell stories from the set, and show you never-before-seen cut footage. And yes, this is a “complete” set, so INDIANA JONES AND THE KINGDOM OF THE CRYSTAL SKULL is in there too… wait, does that mean we have no chance at a fifth film? Guess time will tell. Watch below and tell me you’re not drooling like me. You can pre-order the Indiana Jones Blu-ray Collection right here.

The man with the hat is back – and looking better than ever! The world’s favorite globe-trotting archaeologist is, at long last, embarking on his greatest adventure – when The Complete Indiana Jones Blu-ray Collection comes to Blu-ray Disc from Lucasfilm Ltd. and Paramount Home Media Distribution. The Complete Indiana Jones Blu-ray Collection will be excavated in the fall of 2012 and will include all four of Indy’s thrilling adventures, using the highest possible high definition picture and audio presentation – along with a “best of” collection of documentaries, interviews, featurettes and a few new surprises.
